The machine realizes the cold and heat cycle test by alternately using two independent fluid baths. It is a special testing instrument for the production process control of printed circuit board, which is used for the cold and heat shock test of printed circuit board. It can also be connected to the low resistance test system for on-line resistance test.
1.Applicable test plate specification: 350mm x 210mm;
2.Sanyo stepping motor and precision module are adopted for Transmission, with small vibration and low voice;
3.The equipment is divided into high and low temperature chamber;
4.Quickly change the temperature of the test room to make the test sample accept cold and hot shock.
